Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Green Go Learning®. Our goal is to create welcoming spaces where people can practice languages, build confidence, make connections, and enjoy meaningful conversations. • Please arrive on time to help sessions and events run smoothly. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Missed sessions and late cancellations are non-refundable. • Respectful, inclusive, and courteous behavior is expected at all times. • Green Go Learning® reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the experience of others. • Online sessions require a stable internet connection and access to the meeting platform provided. • In-person participants are responsible for their own transportation, personal belongings, and weather-appropriate preparation. • BYOB Circle Social participants are encouraged to bring their own blanket, water, and any personal comfort items. • Participation in conversations, activities, and discussions is voluntary. • Green Go Learning® does not guarantee specific language outcomes, fluency levels, friendships, networking opportunities, or business results. Individual experiences may vary. • By attending any session, service, event, or conversation circle, participants acknowledge that they are joining voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own participation. Most importantly: Relax. Have fun. Meet people. Practice naturally. Don't worry about making mistakes. That's how language learning happens.
